With a background in corporate finance and senior roles in university advancement, he understands how value, opportunity, and access intersect for students. An HBCU graduate with deep ties to mission-driven education, Zane is committed to ensuring students, especially those historically underserved, are empowered, protected, and informed. Through JustNIL, he helps students understand their worth, navigate opportunities ethically, and build long-term success beyond athletics.

Joshua Meyer is an educator, coach, and youth development leader who brings experience in mentorship, relationship-building, and helping young people navigate important life decisions. Through JustNIL, he works to create positive change in the NIL landscape by expanding access, sharing trusted guidance, and connecting students and families with meaningful opportunities that support long-term success.

Dr. Munhoo brings over 20 years of experience across business, finance, leadership, and education, shaped by a unique professional journey that began in the performing arts. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Management, an MBA in Project Management, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Saint Peter's University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her doctoral research focused on financial literacy and student loan wellbeing among college students in New Jersey. A licensed life, accident, and health insurance producer, Dr. Munhoo is passionate about advancing financial wellness through education, leadership, and innovative thinking.
